  • What are your business hours?

    APEX operates a regular office schedule of 8am to 5pm M-F CST. Our helpdesk schedule is M-F 8am to 7pm M-Th and 8am to 5pm Fridays.


    We also offer after-hours and weekend support for any clients at a nominal billable rate.

  • Do you offer any nonprofit discounts?

    Yes. APEX offers a discount off our normal managed IT services monthly fees to any members of the AIA Baton Rouge, AIA Louisiana, LA Retail Association, The Alliance for Louisiana Nonprofits, & The American Subcontractors Association.

  • Can you support customers not located in Louisiana?

    Yes. APEX can support customer networks anywhere in the United States, and in most cases provide consistent on-site, in-person support anywhere in the US.

  • What does 24x7x365 monitoring mean?

    APEX uses a remote monitoring and management system that installs an agent onto all of your Windows, MAC and Linux machines/servers. This allows us to monitor, maintain and support our clients machines and connect to their internal network as well.

  • Do you offer IT support an an hourly basis?

    Yes. We offer a hybrid model of our traditional MSP service with an hourly billable component.
